As these are handcrafted products made to order, slight variations in color, finish, or details compared to the images on the site may occur. Such differences constitute distinctive characteristics of the product and are not defects.

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Any shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process before order confirmation.

6. Production and shipping
All products are made to order.
Production begins exclusively after confirmation of the order and the related payment.

Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination.
Progetti S.r.l. is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or due to force majeure.
7. Right of withdrawal

However, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for made-to-measure, personalized, or specifically made-to-order products.

8. Refund
Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return and after verifying the integrity of the returned product.

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by current legislation.

In addition to the legal warranty provided for by current legislation, Progetti.shop offers an extended commercial warranty of up to a total of 36 months from the date of delivery for products purchased directly through the website www.progetti.shop.
