2. Scope of application
These conditions regulate the online sale of Progetti S.r.l. products. For consumers, the mandatory rules of the Consumer Code and other applicable provisions apply. For purchases made in the exercise of professional or business activities, the relevant rules and any specifically agreed conditions apply.
Order confirmation implies acceptance of these conditions, without prejudice to the mandatory rights recognized by law.
3. Products
Progetti S.r.l. produces and markets clocks, cuckoo clocks, and design accessories from its standard catalog. Products may be manufactured after the order is received.
Characteristics, dimensions, materials, and finishes are described in the product sheets. Images are for illustrative purposes: any differences in display due to screens or material characteristics do not affect the right to receive goods that comply with the description and the contract.
The manufacturing of a standard product following an order does not in itself entail the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
4. Prices and orders
Prices are expressed in euros and, for consumers, include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated in accordance with the law. Delivery costs and any mandatory additional costs are communicated before order confirmation according to applicable regulations. For non-EU shipments, customs or import duties may apply, the conditions of which must be indicated to the customer before purchase.
The customer can check products, quantities, destination, and the total amount before submitting the order. After sending, they receive an electronic confirmation with a summary. In case of impossibility to fulfill the order, Progetti informs the customer and provides any necessary refunds.
5. Payment methods
The payment methods actually shown during checkout are available, such as credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and, where available, other payment instruments. Availability varies by country, device, and service providers. Any installment payment conditions are communicated by the respective provider.
6. Production, shipping and delivery
Standard items may be produced after the order. Indicative production times are generally 4–5 weeks, unless otherwise specified in the product sheet or order confirmation. These times may vary based on material availability and production scheduling.
The overall delivery deadline must be communicated and, when longer than the ordinary one provided by law, agreed with the customer before purchase. Once production is complete, the goods are entrusted to the carrier for delivery to the indicated address.
Shipping costs are communicated before order confirmation. In case of delays or non-delivery, the remedies provided by law apply, including, in the cases provided for, the setting of an additional deadline and the termination of the contract.
For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the time of physical delivery to them or to a designated third party other than the carrier, subject to legal exceptions.
7. Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery of the product; for orders with multiple goods delivered separately, the period normally runs from the receipt of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an explicit statement to info@progetti.shop before the deadline. A model withdrawal form is available at the end of these conditions, but its use is not mandatory.
After communicating the withdrawal, the consumer must send back or return the goods without undue delay and in any case within the following 14 days. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the expiry of the period.

It is recommended to write in advance to info@progetti.shop to receive operational instructions and to include a reference to the order number in the package. The right of withdrawal is not subject to prior authorization. This is a logistics address, distinct from the registered office in Milan.
Return costs and conditions
For withdrawal due to a change of mind, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or provided by law. For goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by mail, any costs and mandatory information must be communicated before purchase.
Adequate packaging is recommended. The original packaging is recommended, but is not an automatic requirement for withdrawal. The consumer is only responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Standard products and exchanges
Standard products, even when manufactured after receipt of the order, fall under the normal right of withdrawal. Any exception for custom-made or clearly personalized goods applies only when the legal requirements are met.
Progetti.shop does not offer direct exchanges for personal preference. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, if applicable, obtain a refund, and place a new order. Rights to repair and replacement for lack of conformity remain unchanged.
8. Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Progetti S.r.l. will refund without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days from when it is informed of the decision to withdraw, the payments received, including the costs of the initial delivery within the limits provided by law.
Additional costs resulting from the express choice of a more expensive delivery service than the least expensive standard method offered are excluded.
Unless Progetti has offered to collect the goods, it may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or until proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the order, unless otherwise expressly agreed and without additional costs for the consumer.
No restocking fees are applied for the normal exercise of the right of withdrawal.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code, ordinarily for defects manifesting within 24 months of delivery. The remedies provided by law are recognized, including repair or replacement and, where the conditions are met, price reduction or termination of the contract.
Interventions due under the legal guarantee are carried out without charge to the consumer, including necessary transport, labor, and material costs. For reports: info@progetti.shop. Order number, description, and photographs are useful, but photographs do not constitute a mandatory requirement.
10. Progetti commercial durability guarantee – 3 years
For standard products purchased directly on Progetti.shop, Progetti S.r.l., as the manufacturer, offers consumers a commercial durability guarantee of 36 total months from delivery, in addition to the rights provided by the legal guarantee.
The guarantee concerns the maintenance of the normal functions and performance of the product under conditions of use in accordance with the instructions. In the event of a covered durability defect, Progetti will provide for repair or replacement under the terms of the applicable regulations, without charge to the consumer, including necessary transport costs.
Every report is subject to technical evaluation to ascertain the nature, cause, and coverage of the problem; this evaluation does not limit the obligations arising from the guarantee. Damage attributable to improper use, impacts, falls, or unauthorized modifications that caused the problem are normally excluded, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

The commercial guarantee does not replace or limit the legal guarantee of conformity, the remedies of which can be exercised free of charge against the seller. For products purchased from third-party retailers, customers retain their rights against the respective seller and any applicable warranties or guarantees.
11. Liability
Progetti S.r.l. is liable for contractual obligations according to applicable regulations. No clause in these conditions limits or excludes the mandatory rights of the consumer, including those relating to the conformity and safety of products.
12. Data protection
Personal data are processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable legislation. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on the site.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules applicable to protect consumers residing in other countries. For jurisdictional competence and dispute resolution, the provisions of the law apply.
