Warranty and Support
Progetti S.r.l. directly manufactures clocks, cuckoo clocks and design accessories. For products purchased directly from www.progetti.shop, Progetti offers a commercial durability guarantee lasting a total of 3 years from delivery, in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity.
Legal guarantee of conformity – 2 years
Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code. The seller is liable, under the conditions established by law, for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 24 months of delivery.
In the event of a lack of conformity, consumers are entitled to the remedies provided by law, including repair or replacement and, where permitted by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Repairs or replacements covered by the legal guarantee are free of charge to the consumer, including any necessary transport, labour and material costs.
Progetti commercial durability guarantee – 3 years
Progetti S.r.l., as the manufacturer and guarantor, offers consumers who purchase directly from Progetti.shop a commercial durability guarantee lasting a total of 36 months from delivery. This is not an additional 36 months on top of the 24-month legal guarantee.
The commercial guarantee covers the product’s normal functions and performance under proper conditions of use. If a covered durability issue arises, Progetti will provide repair or replacement in accordance with applicable law. All covered services, including necessary transport costs, are free of charge to the consumer.
Every claim is subject to a technical assessment to determine the cause of the problem and whether it is covered by the guarantee. This assessment does not limit the consumer’s rights under the legal guarantee of conformity or Progetti’s obligations under this commercial guarantee.
Exclusions from the commercial guarantee
Damage unrelated to the guaranteed durability is not covered, including damage caused by:
- Improper use or use contrary to the product instructions.
- Impacts, falls and accidental damage occurring after delivery.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications that caused the problem.
- Normal wear and tear not resulting from a covered defect.
These exclusions do not in any way limit the consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.
How to Request Support
To report a problem, you can contact us at info@progetti.shop. To help us process your request, please provide the following information:
- Order number and purchase date, if available.
- Product name or model.
- Description of the problem encountered.
- Photographs that may help assess the problem.
Providing photographs is optional and is not a condition for exercising warranty rights. Our support team will provide instructions for any necessary checks and for shipping the product.
Shipping Products for Servicing
When a product needs to be physically returned for servicing, Progetti S.r.l. will provide shipping instructions and, where covered by the guarantee, arrange transport. The authorised logistics centre for receiving products is:

Before shipping the product, we recommend contacting info@progetti.shop to agree on the shipping arrangements and including a reference to the order number and, if available, the support request inside the package.
Necessary transport costs for services covered by the legal guarantee or the commercial durability guarantee are borne by Progetti S.r.l. The MBE centre is a logistics address and is not the company’s registered office.
Out-of-Warranty Support
After the guarantee period has expired, or for problems not covered by the guarantee, Progetti may assess requests for maintenance or repair. Any service and transport costs will be communicated in advance, and paid services will only be carried out after the customer’s acceptance.
